Featuring a live Gospel Competition
Gospel Circle is a faith-centered experience featuring a full day of live Gospel entertainment designed to uplift, inspire, and bring the community together through music, creativity, and positive culture.
A featured highlight of the day will be “Bring the Praise”, a live Gospel choir sing-off competition where three gospel choirs will perform and compete for a prize. Each choir will present their best selection, bringing energy, unity, and powerful praise that reflects the heart of Gospel music. The competition is designed to showcase excellence, encourage collaboration, and celebrate the rich tradition of choir ministry in a fun and engaging way.
In addition to the choir competition, Gospel Circle will include performances from Christian rap artists, vocalists, and Christian comedians, creating a diverse and dynamic lineup that appeals to all ages. The event will be hosted by J-Red & Nova Ghost, bringing strong audience engagement, encouragement, and continuity throughout the day.
Our vision is to create an environment where faith and creativity intersect in a way that is welcoming to the broader community, while maintaining a strong Gospel-centered message of hope, joy, and encouragement.

Bring the Praise Marketplace
LakeFest Oakland is proud to introduce the Bring the Praise Gospel Circle, a dedicated space celebrating faith, community, music, and fellowship. Anchored by live gospel performances, choir competitions, and community programming, this area will feature the Praise Marketplace — a curated vendor space designed to complement the spirit and energy of the stage.
We are inviting vendors whose products and services align with the culture of celebration, faith, and community that defines the Gospel Zone.
Ideal Vendors Include:
- Faith-based apparel and merchandise
- Inspirational books and media
- Handmade goods and artisan crafts
- Community organizations and ministries
Vendor Zone Highlights
- Up to 50 curated vendors within the Praise Marketplace
- Direct proximity to the Bring the Praise Stage
- Continuous audience engagement from live performances, competitions, and programming throughout the day
This marketplace is designed to create a vibrant space where attendees can shop, connect, and celebrate alongside the music and message of the Gospel Zone.
Vendors interested in participating are encouraged to apply early as space will be limited.
All vendors must align with the family-friendly and faith-centered atmosphere of the Gospel Zone. Final vendor placement and approval will be curated by the LakeFest production team to ensure a cohesive marketplace experience.
