LakeFest Oakland Terms and Conditions

Photography and Media Consent:By attending LakeFest Oakland, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used by LakeFest Oakland for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials without compensation.

Tickets:All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by LakeFest Oakland. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Liability Disclaimer:LakeFest Oakland is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the event. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation.

Code of Conduct:All attendees must adhere to respectful behavior. Harassment, violence, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. LakeFest reserves the right to remove anyone violating these terms.

Vendors and Sponsors:Vendors and sponsors must adhere to payment schedules, setup times, and festival guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Privacy Policy:We collect personal information for ticketing, marketing, and communications. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Event Changes and Cancellation:LakeFest Oakland reserves the right to modify the event schedule, lineup, or location without prior notice. Refunds will not be provided for changes, but refunds may be considered if the event is canceled.

Prohibited Items:Weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, drones, and large recording equipment are not allowed.

Accessibility and Accommodations:LakeFest Oakland is committed to providing accessible facilities and assistance. Contact us for ADA accommodations.

Force Majeure:LakeFest Oakland is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

Intellectual Property:All LakeFest Oakland content, including logos, branding, and media, is the property of LakeFest Oakland.

Minors Policy:Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Health and Safety Policy:Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including sanitation measures and any public health mandates.

Alcohol and Substance Policy:Alcohol consumption is permitted only for attendees 21 and older. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly.

Pets Policy:Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior.

Re-Entry Policy:Re-entry is not permitted without a valid wristband or ticket.

Parking and Transportation:LakeFest Oakland is not responsible for any damage to or theft of vehicles. Attendees should follow parking regulations.

Merchandise and Vendor Liability:LakeFest Oakland is not responsible for any transactions made between attendees and vendors.
