LakeFest Oakland is a vibrant community festival celebrating the culture, creativity, and spirit of Oakland. The event features 200+ vendors, live performances, a kid zone, a health & wellness zone, and more, bringing together thousands of attendees for a day of fun, shopping, and entertainment.

We welcome a variety of vendors, including:

What are the vendor fees?
Vendor fees vary depending on booth type and category. A full breakdown of pricing is available on the application page.

Vendor fees include your space reservation, it does not include tables, tent or chairs

March 31st to received $100 off vendor fees. The deadline for food vendors is April 30th or when food slots are filled. The deadline for all other vendors is May 15th or when all slots are filled.  

All vendor fees are non-refundable. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your spot will be transferred to the rescheduled date.

Yes, all vendors selling goods are required to have a valid California Seller’s Permit. Food vendors must also have the necessary health permits  TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITY PERMIT$ .   MOBILE FOOD FACILITY PERMIT,

 No, all vendors must provide their own electricity/generators. 

Yes, vendors must provide their own table, tent, chairs, POS systems, signage to successfully operate your booth space. 

 Yes, security will be present throughout the event, but vendors are responsible for securing their own goods and belongings. 

We anticipate thousands of attendees, The last few years LakeFest brought in 23,000 attendees throughout the day.

Vendor parking information will be provided closer to the event date. We recommend arriving early for the best access.

Absolutely! We encourage vendors to tag @LakeFestOakland on social media for cross-promotion and exposure.
